Why don't they use wind powers generators on gears? ( gears to lower power/strength needed to turn a generator) so less batteries?... none stop flight... No dead weight only useful weight
Where are we going to get the cobalt for all of these batteries? Are there alternatives?
What if big aircraft were able to dump batteries as they ran down? Then you would get the same effect of a plane becoming lighter the further it flew... bit of an engineering challenge there I think.

yea but hybird planes means that when you fly on fuel you are draging the electrick engene with you and when you fly electric you are draging the fuel engine with you

One major advantage of electric vehicles is mechanical simplicity which directly translates to reliability and lower maintenance costs. A typical combustion engine has hundreds of moving parts (i.e. more things could fail, more friction, more heat generation, more lubricants etc) compared to an electric one which has one.

I bet the Siemens plane that broke the records had a terrible range. Also notice most of these electric planes have high speed small props which are very inefficient compared to larger slower moving props which is all these planes would need for the speed they are designed to fly at.Variable pitch props would also be a good idea...Its almost like the are going backwards on some tech and cutting edge with other parts.
EV's: only here because of mass subsidies, without that: big fail And the number of them is minuscule on the roads and sales. So, still a pipe dream. Paid for by taxes. That Siemens Extra aircraft can fly for only 20 minutes.. not practical at all. Not even legal as you need 30 minutes reserve The Alpha Electro can fly for 1 hour and has 30 minutes reserve, but only at slow speeds. The 45 min charge is a fast charge, kills the battery. The flight training cost are not lower, considering battery replacement and such things. Hybrid motors are insanely complex: a Rotax engine coupled to a generator, batteries with controller and a controller and electric motor plus propeller with controller.. a expensive maintenance nightmare. Conclusion: energy density with batteries is at its limits. And at a huge disadvantage compared to normal liquid fuels.
Better battery tech already exists.
